1. Services Provided –Shine Society Cleaning offers professional residential and commercial

   cleaning services. The scope of each service is determined at the time of booking. Any

   changes or additions may result in additional charges.

2. Booking and Payment – all services must be booked in advance. Payment is due at the

   time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept check, cash and most

   credit cards. A deposit may be required for larger or recurring jobs.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in

   advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Same day cancellations will incur a $25 fee. No

   shows or locked out appointments will be charged the full service fee.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee- Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are not happy with

   the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the

   issue at no additional cost.

5. Access to Property- Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the

   scheduled time. This includes: entry codes, keys and/or gate access. We are not

   responsible for any delays due to inaccessible property.

6. Damage and Liability– We treat your property with care. However: Shine Society Cleaning

   is not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear. Any damages caused by our

   staff must be reported within 24 hours. We are insured for your protection.

7. Water and Electric– Clients are responsible for running water and electric for us to

   provide any services, otherwise a $25 rescheduling fee will be applied.

8. Pets- Please secure pets during cleaning appointments. Shine Society is not responsible

   for lost or injured pets during service visits.

9. Termination– We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for any reason.

   Including unsafe working conditions or inappropriate behavior.

10. Governing Law– These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any

    disputes will be resolved in courts of Polk County.
